Preventive Maintenance

Preventive maintenance keeps your Versalift bucket truck safe, reliable,
and performing at its best. Our recommended schedule is simple and
designed to minimize downtime:

After 30 days of ownership

  • Re-torque all critical fasteners
  • Replace the return line filter

Every 3 months or 250 service hours

  • General inspection: check hoses, wires, decals, tie-downs
  • Structural inspection: review fasteners, welds, and platform integrity
  • Operational test: pumps, controls, valves, leaks, and cylinders

Every 6 months or 500 service hours

  • Inspect hydraulic fluid
  • Replace filters
  • Adjust valves for peak performance

Unlike many competitors, Versalift units require no mandatory tear-downs or part replacements. That means less time in the shop, lower costs, and more hours with your fleet on the job.
